Grace Billing
-
Earthfood Educator & Regenerative Wellness Advocate
Grace is a remedial soft tissue therapist with over 10 years of hands-on experience helping people restore health and balance in their bodies. But her healing journey extends far beyond the treatment room. With a passion for natural medicine, true wellness, and empowering people to take charge of their health, Grace lives and breathes her values — and now she brings them to the soil.

LOCATION: CLARE VALLEY, SA
-
Drawn to sustainable living and deeply concerned about food security, Grace began asking the big questions: Where is our food coming from? What’s in it? And how can we reclaim our health from the ground up? That search led her straight to Earthfood — and it was a perfect match.
🌱
What resonated most was Earthfood’s simplicity, integrity, and undeniable results. The product aligned perfectly with her belief that nature already holds the answers — we just have to activate them. Grace saw how Earthfood’s living microbes could regenerate soil, nourish food, and support the very foundation of long-term health. It wasn’t just gardening — it was a revolution.
🌱
Now an Earthfood Educator, Grace shares this message with others, especially those who are new to growing or who feel disconnected from the land. Her approachable, compassionate style makes her a powerful voice in the movement for soil regeneration and food freedom.
🌱
Based in the beautiful Clare Valley, South Australia, Grace divides her time between this regional community and Adelaide’s western suburbs, where she maintains strong roots and a loyal client base. Whether she’s tending to someones well being or speaking at a garden club, she’s always encouraging others to “get growing” - because real change starts from the soil up.
🌱
Grace is living proof that when you align purpose, people, and planet, transformation follows. Future Proofing Our Nation.
Stephanie Williams
-
Soil Remediator, Environmental Scientist, and Earthfood Educator
Stephanie brings over two decades of hands-on experience with the land, first as a Jillaroo raised on a cattle property, then as an environmental scientist specialising in Contaminated Land Remediation. Her deep respect for nature and sharp scientific mind earned her the nickname“the dirt doctor” - and for good reason.
LOCATION: NORTH BRISBANE, QLD
-
Throughout her career, Stephanie championed natural soil recovery, favouring microbe-driven solutions over synthetic interventions. She understood early on that true regeneration doesn’t come in a bottle — it comes from working with the soil, not against it.
🌱
Now, as an Earthfood Educator, Stephanie blends the rigour of environmental science with the lived wisdom of a lifetime spent outdoors. She’s passionate about helping Australians reclaim their soil, their health, and their independence - one garden, one grower, and one community at a time.
🌱
Her mission is simple: to equip everyday people with the knowledge and tools to grow naturally and live regeneratively. Whether she’s speaking to a garden club, mentoring a local grower, or simply sharing her own backyard progress, Stephanie is known for her grounded wisdom and practical, empowering approach.
🌱
Based in North Brisbane, Stephanie regularly travels all over South East Queensland and Norther NSW and beyond — always with Earthfood in the boot and a strong coffee in hand. Her pockets are usually full of nature’s treasures, and her message is clear: healing the land is possible — and it starts with us.
Jayde Winsley
-
Earthfood Educator & Stockist, Wild Earthen Soul
Jayde is a passionate new Earthfood Educator and the founder of Wild Earthen Soul, a movement dedicated to helping women reconnect with nature, their food, and themselves through grounded, soul-led living.

PHONE: 0402 259 746
LOCATION: HAWKESBURY, NSW
-
After beginning her own personal healing journey, giving up alcohol and sugar, embracing wholefoods, and choosing herself fully, Jayde felt a deeper call: to not just consume consciously, but to grow with intention. That led her to Earthfood.
🌱
Jayde is in the early stages of growing her own food from the soil up and learning the sacred art of regeneration, starting in her own garden. Through Earthfood, she’s learning (and teaching) how living microbes can restore not just soil, but vitality, confidence, and connection.
🌱
With a deep respect for nature and a fierce love for community, Jayde shares her learnings in real-time, reminding others that you don’t have to be an expert to begin. You just have to start. One seed. One step. One microbe at a time.
🌱
(Fun fact: Jayde’s favourite herb right now is mint and rosemary — not just for its scent, but because it reminds her to stay rooted while she grows wild.)
🌱
Jayde is based in the Hawkesbury Region of NSW and offers Earthfood through online support, social content, and local connections as she grows her community and garden together.
