By accessing or using the Earthfood website, including placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website.

About Earthfood: Earthfood supplies living soil microbial products and related goods through this website. All products and services are provided subject to these Terms.

Website Use: You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the site. You must not introduce viruses, malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the functionality or security of the website. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

Product Information: We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and information are accurate at the time of publication. However, product appearance may vary slightly from images shown, and results may vary depending on soil conditions, climate, crop type, irrigation practices, and application methods. Information provided on this website is general in nature and does not constitute specific agronomic, farming, or horticultural advice.

Earthfood products are intended for soil and plant application only and must be used in accordance with provided directions.

Orders and Payments: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

If an order is cancelled by Earthfood after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy: Orders may be cancelled by the customer prior to dispatch. To request cancellation, you must contact Earthfood as soon as possible after placing the order. If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, a full refund will be issued.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated under the Returns and Refunds policy.

For subscription or recurring orders, cancellation must be made before the next billing cycle. Once a recurring payment has been processed, it cannot be reversed for that billing period.

Shipping and Delivery: Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. Earthfood is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather events, customs clearance processes, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Returns and Refunds: Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for products that have a major failure or do not meet consumer guarantees.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect application, over-application, environmental stress conditions, or failure to follow usage directions.

If you believe a product is faulty, you must contact us within seven days of receiving the product and provide proof of purchase and relevant details.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earthfood will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. We do not guarantee specific crop yields, growth rates, or commercial outcomes.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the replacement cost of the product supplied.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Product Care and Storage: Earthfood products contain living soil microbes. Proper storage and handling are essential to maintain product integrity and biological activity.

Products must be stored: Out of direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place between 5 to 45 degrees, and with the breathable caps on the 1 litre bottle or as directed to loosen the caps on the 20 litre cubes  when not in use so there is breathability.

Products must not be: Left exposed to prolonged heat, stored in direct sun, diluted with water and left standing for extended periods, and mixed and stored in high-nitrogen or highly concentrated fertiliser solutions of past use containers of this, and, contaminated with chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, or chlorinated water. Earthfood products are designed to be mixed and applied promptly according to usage directions. Once diluted, the product should be used within the timeframe specified in the application instructions.

Failure to store, handle, or apply the product in accordance with these directions may reduce or eliminate microbial viability. Earthfood is not responsible for performance outcomes where storage or application instructions have not been followed.

Agronomic Responsibility: Earthfood products support soil biology but do not replace sound agronomic practice. Users remain responsible for irrigation management, nutrient balancing, environmental controls, and overall crop management decisions.

Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including text, branding, images, product names, and materials, is the property of Earthfood unless otherwise stated. Content may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, AUSTRALIA
